We recently informed our readers that Micromax has added two new variants to their popular low-budget Bolt flagship. It has been presented by the company last month and one can find it easily in the market.
It sports 4” WVGA (480X800 pixels) TN Capacitive display and comes up with 262k color depth. WVGA display can be slightly disappointing but 4” handsets are easy to handle and can be easily carried in pockets, as compared to those of smart phones having 5” display.
It is powered by single core processor which is clocked at the frequency of 1GHz. The processor is coupled along with 512MB of internal RAM and is based on Spreadtrum SC7715 chipset. It operates in Android v4.4 Kitkat operating system. Single core will not help much in hanging issues and since RAM is less, there will be not much room for many applications to run.
It accommodates 0.3MP of front as well as rear camera. The rear snapper comes along with LED flash and the features like Geo-tagging. To store all your favorite movies, videos, images, songs, etc it bears 4GB of internal memory and external memory which is expandable up to 32GB. Out of this 4GB of internal memory, 1.28GB will be available for mass storage and 1.20GB for application.
It packs 1200mAh battery which promises talk time up to 4.5h and stand by time up to 155h. To stay connected with your family and friends, it proclaims connectivity options like GSM, GPRS, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1 and A-GPS.
It also includes sensors like motion sensors. It also accommodates connectors like 3.5mm ear jack and Micro USB. It is a Dual SIM smart phone which supports both GSM SIM. One has the pleasure to use various applications like M! Live, Housing, Reverie, Snap deal, Chaatz, Newshunt, paytm, Quikr.
